Creating a custom player
Back to help sectionYou can do this by accessing the “Players” page and pressing the “Create New Player” button.
A new window will be loaded, where you will need to select the type of the player:
- "Single" for players that will be used to publish videos, live events or a list of videos without a visible playlist.
- "Playlist" for players that will be used to publish playlists .
Here you will also select the size of the player, the theme and skin that will be applied on the player and the logo attached to it.
You can also select if the player will start to play videos automatically when it finishes loading or if you want users to be able to share the video either via email or embed code or both.
Also you can add a commercial or an advertisement at the beginning or at the end of your video. Just provide the server address where the ad can be found and check one of the two options: Pre-Roll (in case you want your advertisement to be played before the actual video) or Post-Roll (the advertisement will be played after the video has finished). During the advertisement, you will not be able to access the Sharing options or to use the slider to go forward (or backward) in the commercial.
Press the "Save player" button and your player is now ready to be used.
