Recording and slicing

 You can also record a live event. Click on "view/slice" from the menu (move over the event you want to record).





The event recording details page will open and you can start recording. You can record the entire event, or just segments of it. Press the Start Recording button.



When pressing this button, the status will change to Recording and the Master start time will be updated (the Stop recording button will appear instead of the Start recording button).


In order to record just a segement of the event, you will have to start recording the master video first (as described above) and then press the Start button for Segment 1.
By pressing this button, the recording of the segment will start and the Start time will be updated and the End segment button will appear.



After stopping the recording of either a segment or the master event, the recordings will appear in the same page (under the player), and also in Videos list.

Both the master recording and the segments will be tagged by default with the live event key.
